    REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

    Cost per participant: P2,900.00
    Inclusive of:

    • 1 participant kit
    • lunch meals from April 7-12
    • passes to and meals at social events

    Phase 1: Institution Registration and Downpayment of Registration

    • A 50% downpayment for the registration fee of every participant from the institution must be deposited at this bank account by February 10, 2010 (Wednesday):

    • The institution representative must keep the copy of the deposit slip and present this copy which serves as the official receipt, during the On-Site Confirmation (Phase 3 of the Registration).
    • Fill in the registration form below.
    • Results can be accessed on or before February 17, 2010.
    Phase 2: Team, Adjudicator Registration and Full Payment of Registration
    • Institution representatives must accomplish the Team, Adjudicator Registration Form. The names, contact information and special dietary requirements(if any) of all debaters and adjudicators that the institution will be sending to the tournament must be indicated on this form
    • The remaining balance (50%) of the registration fee of the institution must be paid. This payment must be deposited at this bank account:

    • The name of the depositor, the exact amount deposited, and the date when the money was deposited, which should not be later thanMarch 5, 2010 (Friday), must be indicated on the Team, Adjudicator Registration Form.
    • The institution representative must keep the copy of the deposit slip and present this copy, which serves as the official reciept, during the On-Site Confirmation (Phase3 of Registration).
    • Institutions will be charged Php 500.00 as late fee for every single registration package that they fully pay after March 5, 2010.
    • The no-refund policy will apply to all institutions with teams and/or adjudicators that back of the the tournament after this date.
    • The results of the Phase 2 Registration can be accessed on this website on or before March12, 2010.
    Phase 3: On-Site Confirmation and Release of Tournament Kits
    • Institution representatives must validate the names, contact information, and special dietary requirements (if any) of all their institution's officially registered teams and adjudicators during this phase. The copies of the two deposit slips from the Phase 1 and 2 Registration must be presented by the institution representative. The latter must also inform the registration officer about any corrections in the registration information and settle any pending balance for the registration packages.
    • The registration officer will give the institution representative the Registration Clearance upon verifying that all the debaters' and adjudicators' pertinent registration information are correct and that the institution does not have any pending balance.
    • The tournament kits and IDs, which will serve as the entrance pass to the tournament venues and social events, will be given to the institution representatives.
    • Only institutions that complete on-site confirmation and are issued the Registration Clearance will be placed on the official PIDC tab and will be eligible to break.
    • Institutions that violated the N-rule policy for adjudicators and failed to secure the required number of adjudicators for their institution are required to pay for the slot/s (i.e. the amount of the payment corresponding to the cost of the registration fee per adjudicator) of the missing adjudicator/s at the end of the Phase 3 registration process.
